The craziest thing is that it was a year ago, give or take a day or two, that Landon and I got engaged. I know everyone says it, but I swear there is no way it has been that long, but at the same time it feels like it was just has been forever.
We feel like we haven't been home in months! Between the quick trip we had to take to Colorado for my emissions test on my car, the blessings and baptisms of nieces and nephews, General Conference and work and school things are finally starting to slow back down.

In other news, we have both switched jobs and Landon has gone back to school.
Thanks to our awesome brother-in-law Jared who has all the hook-ups, Landon was offered a job with Granite School District, which was a huge blessing. He started at a high school in the area recently as a computer support tech/library media aide. He's still working a little bit at his old plumbing/construction job {I guess he misses the physical labor, or old habits just die really hard}
About 4 weeks ago I decided it was time to leave my old job, it just really wasn't a good fit any more and was making me miserable. So I gave my two weeks and started the job hunt and got lucky! I had a few interviews within a couple days. My 2 weeks ended just a little while before my new job started so I had all of last week as a nice little sanity vacation and stated my new job today! So far, so good. Anything is a nice change from the stress of my last job.
Landon has officially jumped into his second to last semester at school, it's keeping us busy and we're looking forward to the light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully he will finish up in April {which seems like forever away one day and like it is practically tomorrow other days} and we'll get to decide what we want to do with the rest of our lives.
